Service Description

The Adult Jiu-Jitsu Introductory Lesson(Includes Uniform) is a 1 hour, one-on-one Introductory lesson with the instructor introducing the new student to Authentic Gracie JiuJitsu for self defense. The lesson will demonstrate to the student the basic format of group classes and teach techniques in each of the key areas of the Jiu-Jitsu Essentials Program; Standing Techniques like kicking & Punching, Closing Distance & taking Attackers to the Ground; Ground Fighting Techniques which JJ has become most popular for; and Surprise Attacks. Followed immediately by a Group Class and 2 wks of training.
