Service Description

The Adult Martial Arts Introductory Class(Includes Uniform) is a 30 minute one-on-one Introductory Lesson with the instructor introducing the new student to Traditional Okawa Te Bujutsu for self defense. The lesson will demonstrate to the student the basic format of group classes and teach techniques of our integrated karate based system of Martial Arts taught in the Essentials Program; Techniques like Basic Blocks, Basic Punches, Fundamental Kicks; and Surprise Attacks for realistic Self Defense situations making our system unique. Followed immediately by a Group Class and 2 wks of classes.
